PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide isolated antibodies which bind human CD38 and cynomolgus CD38.SOLUTION: An isolated antibody which specifically binds human CD38 and cynomolgus CD38 that comprise specific amino acid sequences comprises: a) a heavy chain variable region comprising i) a first CDR comprising a specific sequence, ii) a second CDR comprising a specific sequence, and iii) a third CDR comprising a specific sequence; and b) a light chain variable region comprising i) a first CDR comprising a specific sequence, ii) a second CDR comprising a specific sequence, and iii) a third CDR comprising a specific sequence. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibody, and methods of treating autoimmune diseases comprising administering the antibody to patients in need thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
