The present invention provides a method for coating a welding mechanism, comprising the steps of: adjusting the height between the bottom surface of a plate body and the ground in order to insert an object into an insertion hole, which is formed at the plate body, for mounting an object; insertively mounting the object at the insertion hole, which is formed at the plate body, for mounting an object; and forming a coating protective film at the upper part of a contact-tip by being mounted at the insertion hole such that a coating solution is discharged to the upper part of the contact-tip exposed to the outside, wherein the protective film is formed from any one of titanium dioxide, a mixture of chromium oxide and titanium dioxide, a mixture of aluminum oxide and titanium dioxide, white alumina, high-purity chromium oxide, a mixture of aluminum oxide and titanium dioxide, a zirconium oxide mixture, a mixture of zirconium oxide and yttrium oxide, a yttria-stabilized zirconia mixture, a mixture of gray alumina, chromium oxide and silica, a nickel-chromium (Ni-Cr) alloy, tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, tungsten-nickel carbide, nickel-cobalt, nickel carbide, nickel-tungsten, tungsten, and nickel. Therefore, there are effects of simplifying a process overall and reducing the cost of materials. |
