The present invention relates to a vaccine composition, comprising an M-cell homing peptide-antigen conjugate connecting M cell-homing peptide and antigen, and a mucoadhesive; to a producing method thereof; to a composition for a feed additive, comprising the vaccine composition; and to a method for preventing or treating dysentery using the vaccine composition. The M-cell homing peptide-antigen conjugate coated by the mucoadhesive can be used as a vaccine because of having a significant effect of inducing immune responses due to a synergy effect of the M-cell homing peptide and the mucoadhesive, thereby being able to prevent or treat dysentery using the vaccine.
