The present invention relates to a toilet roll having a core member that can be used as a softening agent, thus being used in an easy, economical, and eco-friendly manner without causing a waste after toilet paper is used up. According to the present invention, in a toilet roll manufactured by winding band-shaped paper (200) around an outer circumferential surface of a core member (100), the core member (100) is formed by winding a band-shaped softening agent sheet (110) in a spiral manner so that end portions thereof in a longitudinal direction overlap each other. The softening agent sheet (110) is formed by impregnating felt with a softening agent. |
