An organic light emitting display device according to the present invention comprises a first data driver IC which has a first multiplexer which successively outputs the current information of the first pixels inputted by the sensing channels of a first group; a second driver IC which has a second multiplexer which successively outputs the current information of second pixels inputted by the sensing channel of a second group and the current information of the first pixels inputted from the first multiplexer; and a controller PCB which has a current integrator which is connected to the output terminal of the second multiplexer and successively integrates the current information of the first pixels inputted by the second multiplexer and the current information of the second pixels and output integration values, and an ADC which is connected to the output terminal of the current integrator and digitally processes the integration values.
