<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve support items provided to support-requesting persons in a use station and a train. <P>SOLUTION: In the information processing apparatus 10, a route retrieval unit 1228 retrieves line information and traveling information, extracts at least one train conforming to information related to a departure time or an arrival time, a departure station and a target station in input information, and generates the route information indicating a departure time and an arrival time of at least one train in a plurality of use stations including the departure station and the target station in the input information. Furthermore, a support information retrieval unit 1226 retrieves the provided support information following the generated route information, extracts a use condition in the input information and the support items associated with at least one train in the plurality of use stations which conform to the departure times and the arrival times of the plurality of use stations of at least one train, and generates use support information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
