PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support monitoring of the details of a work for an information system in real time to improve information security.SOLUTION: A work support system 10 receives a request for a remote control to an ongoing system 20 from a worker terminal 22. After receiving the request for a remote control, the work support system 10 displays a work screen for inputting the remote control on both the worker terminal 22 and a monitor terminal 24. After receiving information for permitting the remote control of the ongoing system 20 from the monitor terminal 24, the work support system 10 switches a communication state for the information on the remote control input to the work screen of the worker terminal 22 to be transmitted to the ongoing system 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
