PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve device capable of smoothly performing position adjustment including minute adjustment.SOLUTION: A sleeve device includes an outer cylinder 10, and an inner cylinder 40 inserted into an inside of the outer cylinder, and a movement region 42 in which an expansion part of the outer cylinder can move is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder, and the movement region includes a first movement region 43 in which movement of the expansion part 24 in a forward and backward direction of the inner cylinder is allowed, and a plurality of second movement regions in which the expansion part moves from the first movement region by turning the outer cylinder with respect to the inner cylinder in a circumferential direction and movement in the circumferential direction with a prescribed angle to the forward and backward direction is allowed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
