Elevatable cabinet set 2 comprises an outer cabinet 3 with an opening 34 in the bottom, an inner cabinet 4 mounted inside the outer that can elevate or descend through the opening, and a driving unit 5 mounted inside the outer to power the elevation. The cabinets consist of adjusting frames which may comprise rods detachably fixed to one another, so that the dimensions of the set may be altered to suit the installation environment. The driving unit may comprise flexible belts 52 attached to reels 51 and to opposite ends of the inner cabinet, and a motor 54 to provide the force to raise and lower the inner cabinet. The motor may be controlled by a switch, which may include a wireless transmitter and receiver. A flexible protective member may prevent a signal wire from being damaged by the vertical movement of the cabinet. |
