发明名称 Distributeur de commande pour les moteurs à fluide à double effet
摘要
838,686. Valves. NEW YORK AIR BRAKE CO. Sept. 16,1958 [Dec. 11, 1957], No. 29594/58. Class 135.. A valve comprises a housing 11 having inlet ports 32, 22, 24 and exhaust ports 23, 33 and first and second motor ports 19, 26 and a valve 35 movable to five positions to control passageways interconnecting the ports. In the neutral position of Fig. 2 pressure fluid passes from the inlet through the casing of a by-pass relief valve to the exhaust via piston grooves 36, 37 and around land 41 centralized in the exhaust chamber. Both motor ports are closed by the remaining lands 39, 42. The valve may be moved to the left or right to supply fluid to one of the motor ports and exhaust the other. In one of these positions land 41 closes the connection between inlet and exhaust via groove 37 and pressure fluid flows from the inlet via valve port 49 and passage 44 to open check valve 54 and pass through port 48 to the outlet 19. Inlet pressure also reaches port 49 via groove 37, passages 25, 30, 21 and enlarged valve bore 31. Exhaust takes place via ports 26, 52, valve passage 45 and port 51 opening into the outlet. In the first position to the left of the neutral position for the valve, land 41 closes the connection between the inlet and exhaust and inlet pressure is applied to the other outlet via ports 51, 52, passage 45, and port 53. The exhaust takes place via port 49, passage 44, check valve 54, port 48, passage 18, and end counter-bore 29 and exhaust 33. Movement of the valve to its first two positions is against a centralizing spring 63 accommodated between abutments 62, 64, slidable on the valve and alternately engaging abutments on the valve and on a casing sleeve 61. On further movement of the valve to the left an inclined groove 59 on the sleeve 61 forces a circular spring 68 into a casing groove 57 so that the valve and sleeve 61 take up the position shown in Fig. 5, whereby the motor ports are interconnected via valve ports 51, 53 and passage 45 and are also connected to inlet and exhaust via port 51, grooves 36, enlarged bore 31 and groove 37. Ports 51, 53 are also interconnected via passages 21, 30, 25. This position of the valve allows free movement of the motor for back-dragging when controlling a bull-dozer blade. The valve may be moved to its fifth position against spring 63, as shown in Fig. 6, in which case both sides of the motor, the inlet and the exhaust are all connected but instead of there being a free connection between the inlet and the exhaust via groove 37, this connection is closed and inlet pressure passes to exhaust via enlarged bore 31, groove 36, port 51, passage 45 and a restricted opening of port 52 with outlet passage 23. This ensures that when the bull-dozer blade is dropping, sufficient inlet pressure is applied to the expanding chamber of the motor to prevent cavitation.
