The present invention relates to a method for analyzing a genotype using a combination of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) enabling the prediction of East Asian human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-DRB1 genotype with high accuracy. By using a composition of the present invention, it is possible to simply predict the East Asian HLA-DRB1 genotype with high accuracy. To this end, the method for collecting data for determining the East Asian HLA-DRB1 genotype includes a step of determining genotypes of single nucleotide polymorphism after an analysis of the combination of single nucleotide polymorphism in an SNP list number 1 from a nucleic acid specimen isolated from a biological specimen obtained from an analytic subject.
