<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for amplifying a nucleic acid using a nucleic acid-amplifying reaction, especially a PCR method, and carried out in the presence of a material satisfying properties of not inhibiting activity of an anti-polymerase antibody, having high activity for lowering the melting temperature, and low viscosity, and enabling long-term preservation, as a regulator of the nucleic acid-melting temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The method for amplifying the nucleic acid by using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) includes carrying out the reaction in the presence of glycols. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
