Disclosed is a detection circuit of a detection apparatus simultaneously detecting fine dust and microorganism. The detection circuit comprises: a light source part outputting light to detect fine dust and microorganism; a first signal conversion part receiving light scattered by light of the light source part, converting the input light, amplifying and outputting the same; a second signal conversion part receiving and amplifying fluorescent by the light of the light source part, and integrating the amplified signal using the signal of the first signal conversion part, and outputting the same; and a control part counting the signal output from the first signal conversion part and the second signal conversion part, and outputting the signal processed in the first signal conversion part to the second signal conversion part.
