The present invention relates to a motor brush holder assembly comprising a motor end cover, wherein the motor end cover includes a disc-shaped upper plate and a cylindrical cylinder along an edge of the upper plate and an axial hole is installed at the center of the upper plate. Multiple protrusions are installed on an inner surface of the upper plate. A step face formed in a step structure with upper end faces of the protrusions is formed at inner edges of the protrusions. A press piece is installed on each upper end face of the protrusions. The press piece clamps a motor brush holder plate to the step face. The upper plate has adjustment holes formed to correspond to the protrusions. An adjustment fastener is installed in the adjustment hole. The adjustment fastener penetrates the adjustment hole such that the press pieces are fixed to the protrusions. An adjustment window is formed in the cylinder. The present invention provides a motor brush assembly with a reasonable design, a simple structure, easy use, and performs an adjustment operation without disassembling the end cover after assembling. |
