To this end, the production method of high-quality fermented seaweed powder with enhanced nutrients comprises the following steps: fermenting a seaweed byproduct in a heater after the inoculation of high-temperature fermentation microorganisms (Ureibacillus SP.) into the seaweed byproduct; aging the acquired fermented product; storing the aged and fermented product after moving the same into a storage tank; drying the stored and fermented product by a vacuum dryer; and discharging the dried fermented product so as to select and pulverizing the same. |
