The present invention relates to a composition for vibration damping, which is used to reduce vibrations or noises from various structures, for example, vessels, aircrafts, land vehicles, offshore plants, land plants, electric machines, engines, pumps, or compressors, and to a vibration damping material using the same. More specifically, the composition for vibration damping comprises: polyurethane; and a graphene-carbon nano tube nano-structure, and the vibration damping material comprises a viscoelastic layer which includes the composition and is formed on at least one side of a vibrating body.
