<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact hydride generation mercury measuring device capable of detecting a color shade change of a sample in a short time and with a high sensitivity without contaminating the sample. <P>SOLUTION: A hydride generation mercury measuring device measures mercury in each sample S by a hydride generation method after pretreatment of the sample S by a sample pretreatment device 1. The sample pretreatment device 1 includes: a reagent dispensation device 2 for dispensing a plurality of agents containing at least potassium permanganate solution to each of a plurality of sample containers 10 storing the sample S; and a reflection type optical sensor 7 having a green LED 71 as a light emitter and moved with respect to the sample containers 10. The reflection type optical sensor 7 detects a color shade change of the potassium permanganate solution of the agent in the sample container 10 and detects the sample container 10 in non-contact immediately above an opening of the sample container 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
