Disclosed is a system including a server for providing a personalized health care service based on an online shopping mall according to an embodiment of the present invention. The server comprises: a member level setting module for setting a member level depending on the accumulated purchase amount of products purchased by a member; a questionnaire providing module for providing a questionnaire for receiving information on the health state of the member through the questionnaire; a questionnaire analysis module for analyzing the contents of answers input with respect to the questionnaire; and a video providing module for providing a customized health care video to the terminal of the corresponding member based on the analysis result of the questionnaire.
