<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body which is extremely high in adhesion strength between a resin layer and a metallic layer, and to provide a method for manufacturing the laminated body, a flat plate and a coated metal wire using the laminated body. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated body includes the resin layer formed of modified polytetrafluoroethylene, and the metallic layer.
