The present invention relates to an encapsulant sheet for a solar cell. The encapsulant sheet of the present invention has great adhesive strength and heat resistance by comprising a polyolefin resin having a reactive functional group, a silane coupling agent, a cross-linker, and a cross-linking accelerator. Therefore, the encapsulant sheet does not cause heat curing during a process of manufacturing a sheet without inducing creep when the sheet is in contact with other parts, and thus is useful as an encapsulant sheet for a solar cell.
