PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker which has a rice-boiling-with-steaming mode, and which, when the rice-boiling-with-steaming mode is selected, can boil rice as well as a mode for only boiling rice and can perform steam cooking.SOLUTION: A rice cooker includes an inner pot, heating means which heats the inner pot, a control device which controls the heating means, and a steaming accessory which can be accommodated in the inner pot, and has a rice-boiling-with-steaming mode which activates the control device to boil rice and perform steam cooking at the same time. When the rice-boiling-with-steaming mode is selected, a determination of the amount of rice in a temperature rising process is performed at a threshold in a determination of the amount of rice in only boiling rice. |
