The present invention relates to a frame for a wind banner which can adjust the total length to correspond to the length of a banner printed with an advertisement, and can be rotated as minimizing damage caused by friction by pressure of wind fluttering the banner. According to the characteristics of the present invention, the frame for a wind banner includes: an advertisement fixing part (100) which stands erectly in a state that a banner advertisement (400) is installed; a base fixing part (200) where the advertisement fixing part (100) is fixed to be rotatable, and which is fixed to a base (500) provided on the ground as being separable; and a reinforcing part (300) which prevents the advertisement fixing part (100) from being inclined at the base fixing part (200) by the wind pressure by supporting the outer side of the advertisement fixing part (100) while provided in the base fixing part (200) to support rotation of the advertisement fixing part (100) rotated by the wind pressure. |
