The present invention relates to a device for comminuting objects, wherein the device comprises a container having as a circumferential wall and a bottom, and a receiving head provided in a lower region of the container. At least one impact tool, which rotates in the lower region of the container, is provided on said receiving head. According to the invention, at least a part of the circumferential wall and/or the bottom of the container is formed in the manner of a sieve, such that the container is open to the surroundings at least there, wherein a discharge shaft is coupled to the sieve-like region of the bottom and/or the circumferential wall. |
