The present invention relates to an offshore wind power support structure using a concrete base and a constructing method thereof which use a concrete base, which allows an offshore wind power support structure supporting a wind power generation facility to be installed on a sea floor, as a connection portion of a multi-row pile and a base pile, minimize the weight of the concrete base, and effectively resist an applied load. The offshore wind power support structure using a concrete base comprises: a concrete base which is a hollow buoyant structure and comprises a body unit having a hollow shaft penetrating an upper and a lower surface thereof; a base pile inserted into the hollow shaft to position the upper end thereof in the hollow shaft; and a transition piece (TP) unit comprising a multi-row pile whose lower end is inserted into the hollow shaft and integrated with the upper end of the base pile in the hollow shaft. |
