FABRICATION METHOD OF STRUCTURE INCLUDING AREAS OF DIFFERENT WETTABILITY

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a fabrication method of a structure having areas of different wettability comprises the steps of: forming a first micro-sized fine dents by etching a substrate; forming nano-sized flakes on the first fine dents; forming a hydrophobic layer on top of the nano-sized flakes; and forming nano-sized crumbs by emitting a laser beam to part of the hydrophobic layer, wherein the region at which nano-sized crumbs are formed is hydrophilic. The fabrication method of the present invention has a simple process and can produce the structure in a large quantity while providing a fabrication method of a structure which can selectively control wettability according to the needs.
