Provided are a nail deformation correction device, which provides appropriate correction force and effectively corrects deformation of finger nails and toe nails, and a method for manufacturing the same. The nail deformation correction device includes: a first body in the shape of a plate which is elastically bent by external force and is attached to the surface of a finger nail or a toe nail; a second body in the shape of a plate which overlaps the first body, is fixated to the first body, and is elastically bent with the first body; a center member which is interposed between the first body and the second body and memorize the shape thereof to be recovered in a memorized shape according to change of the temperature; and a close contact unit which is formed as a portion of the first body and a portion of the second body come in direct contact with the outside of the center member. The first body, the second body, and the center member, all together, spread and correct a deformed portion of the finger nail or the toe nail. At least a portion of the close contact unit resists recovery of the center member. |
