The present invention suggests a searching method, a searching system, and a network robot. The searching method comprises: (S1) a step of acquiring a search term from a user by a network robot; (S2) a step of generating guide information for the user according to the search term by the network robot; (S3) a step of receiving response information about the guide information from the user by the network robot; and (S4) a step of feeding the response information back to a search engine by the network robot to allow the search engine to renew a search result. The searching method in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention can assist and guide to allow the user to acquire a more accurate search result and better satisfy a search need of the user, provide a customized service for the user, and increase an interest when the user uses the search engine to perform a search to improve user experience. |
