摘要 The present invention relates to a system for issuing confirmation document certificating the originality of electronic document using an image code and method therefor, which may comprise: a client which converts an electronic fingerprint (hash) extracted from electronic original document into text or image code (QR code or bar code), and transmits the text or image code to an originality certification generation server, and receives ′certificate of originality′ in which an electronic fingerprint (hash) and timestamp information (TSA token value) are included, from the originality certification generation server; and an originality certification confirmation document generation server which receives an electronic fingerprint (hash) generated from text or image code received from the client, and generates the ′certificate of originality′ including the received electronic fingerprint (hash) and timestamp information received from a time stamp institution server, in the form of an electronic document or a paper document. According to the present invention, when ′certificate of originality′ is generated, an electronic document or a paper document including electronic fingerprint (hash) of original document consisting of text or image code (QR code or bar code), and timestamp is generated, without the original document, thereby being capable of certifying originality just with ′certificate of originality′ without the original document, and preventing in advance the original document from being exposed to the outside, when verifying an original document.
