According to the present invention, a lead tab for a fibrous secondary battery comprises: a fibrous electrode body formed by a conductive yarn; and a lead tab connected to the fibrous electrode body. The lead tab is connected to the fibrous electrode body by a connection yarn having a material identical to the conductive yarn forming the fibrous electrode body or connected to the fibrous electrode body by the conductive yarn forming the fibrous electrode body. The lead tab comprises: a connection unit connected to the fibrous electrode body; and a protruding unit protruding from the connection unit and coming in contact with an external terminal of an electronic device. The connection unit of the lead tab can be connected to the fibrous electrode body while wound with the connection yarn or the conductive yarn forming the fibrous electrode body.
