Provided in the present invention are fixating device in which the exposure of head part to the base of a bracket is minimized, and to a bracket which is integrated with the fixating device. The fixating device comprises: a head part (11) wherein a spiral is formed and a facility (P) is joined and fixated by nuts (N); a guide part which is integrally connected to the head part (11), while having the shape of an inverse conical section in order to induce the vertical insertion of the bracket (100) of the fixating device (10) into a fixating hole (110); a support part (13) which is integrally connected to the guide part (12) while transforming in order to maintain the insertion of the bracket (100) into the fixating hole (110); a connection part (14) integrally connected to the support part (13), while having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the support part (130) in order to form a space (c) in the fixating hole (110) of the bracket (100); and a head part (150) which is integrally connected to the connection part (140) while having a diameter larger than the diameter of the fixating hole (110) and having multiple fastening pieces (151) around the entire circumference, and is capable of transforming and enlarging when pressurized and hit to be integrated to the surface of the bracket (100) in order to perform the integration into the bracket (100). |
