A control unit of a distributed transcoding system installed in a virtualization server calculates a resource for transcoding video content based on content information and request information received from a content providing server and load information received from a base station. Control information is generated based on the calculated resource to be transferred to a distributed scheduler, wherein the distributed scheduler transfers control information and the video content received from the content providing server to a plurality of transcoding devices included in a transcoding device unit. The video content transcoded by the transcoding devices is transmitted to a user terminal through the base station. |
