The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a real wood product which reduces manufacturing costs for real wood products, and minimizes failures in the real wood product manufacturing process. The method for manufacturing a real wood product comprises: a real wood sheet forming step of combining sliced veneer with a resin sheet in a roll press to form a real wood sheet; a real wood sheet cutting step of cutting the real wood sheet into a form to cover the outer surface of a substrate formed in a predetermined form; an adhesive coating step of coating the outer surface of the substrate with an adhesive; a substrate and real wood sheet combining step of placing the substrate on which the adhesive is coated and the real wood sheet cut into the form to cover the outer surface of the substrate into a press apparatus, pressing the same so that the real wood sheet can cover the outer surface of the substrate, and combining the real wood sheet with the substrate; a laser cutting step of laser-cutting the edge of the substrate and the real wood sheet; a real wood sheet painting step of painting the outer surface of the laser-cut real wood sheet with a paint; and a real wood sheet coating step of forming a coating layer on the upper surface of the paint by using a polyurethane non-glossy coating agent.
