Disclosed is a device to generate pure water and energy. The device includes: a film distilling module dividing first and second paths by a separation film, and separating steam, generated from seawater flowing in the first path, towards the second path through the separation film; a pressure delay osmosis module dividing an inductive path in which high concentration seawater leaked from the first path flows, and a supply path in which pure water with lower concentration than the high concentration seawater flows, by a transflective film, and making the pure water penetrate the inductive path through the transflective film by an osmotic pressure difference; and a turbine which is adjacent to an outlet of the inductive path, and rotated by water pressure of the seawater leaked from the inductive path. The steam, separated towards the second path, is condensed to generate pure water. |
