The present invention relates to a cooking appliance and, more specifically, to a cooking appliance having an improved structure to enhance cooking performance by improving a pattern and a shape of a discharging hole configured to discharge heat to the inside of cooking chamber. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking appliance comprises: a casing; a cooking chamber comprising a discharging plate wherein a plurality of discharging holes are formed; a tray configured to support food from the bottom surface of the cooking chamber; and a heat discharging unit configured to discharge heat to the inside of the cooking chamber. The discharging holes are formed in a first area facing the tray.
