摘要 |
The invention relates to devices for monitoring the flow rate and distributional uniformity of liquid in a multi-channel hydraulic system, and may be used, for instance, in metallurgical production for monitoring the flow rate and distributional uniformity of a liquid fed onto the surface of products/materials to be cooled, for instance, rolled metal products, and particularly rails during thermal processing. A device for controlling the flow rate and distributional uniformity of liquid in a multi-channel hydraulic system contains a liquid chamber with a hydraulic inlet and two or more hydraulic outlets for releasing electrically-conductive liquid, and also, installed at the hydraulic inlet of the liquid chamber, a flowmeter which is connected to a monitoring unit. Each hydraulic outlet is provided with a measurement electrode which is positioned in the trajectory of a jet of liquid released from the hydraulic outlet, said electrode being connected, by means of a current converter, to the monitoring unit and to a first outlet of a common voltage source, a second outlet of which is connected to the liquid chamber and/or to the hydraulic outlets. The present device increases quality and allows for continuously monitoring a product/material thermo-processing operation, increases the stability of the technological process of thermo-processing, allows for monitoring a volume of liquid entering a liquid chamber, for monitoring the distributional uniformity of same across channels of a multi-channel hydraulic system, and allows for monitoring time parameters of jets of liquid and the cross-sections thereof when passing through hydraulic outlets. |
