FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a coffee preparation system including a coffee bean package cartridge and a coffee brewing device. The coffee machine contains a mill for grinding coffee beans supplied from the cartridge and a brewing device for making coffee based on the ground coffee obtained by means of the mill. Additionally, the system has a measuring chamber for placement of coffee beans being transported by the transporting means into the measuring chamber. The measuring chamber contains a lower part forming a part of the mill; the said lower part is positioned in the coffee machine for rotation around an axis passing in the vertical direction. Additionally, the system has the second cartridge of coffee beans package which includes the second dosing device separate from the first dosing device for preparation and/or supplying of a coffee beans dose (independent of the coffee brewing device) to the inlet hole of the coffee brewing device.EFFECT: system provides for possibility for coffee beverages preparation according to a specific taste along with beverage strength varying; therewith the device space-efficiency is provided.41 cl, 117 dwg
