The present invention relates to a method for culturing effective microorganisms derived from Zizania latifolia, and to uses thereof and, more specifically, to a method for culturing effective microorganisms derived from Zizania latifolia, for forming a composite in which different kinds of bacteria are mutually bonded, by adding rice water or rice powder water, sugar, and salts to a hot water extract of Zizania latifolia, and culturing the same, and to uses thereof. According to the present invention, the effective microorganisms composed of a bacterium composite, which exhibit strong power due to the bonding of the different kinds of bacteria, can be efficiently used for making a fermented food, a fermented cosmetic product, fermented daily supplies, an environmental purified solution, a growth promoter for life, and the like, due to a high survival rate and an activity rate. |
