FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of canned lunch second courses. Method envisages preparation of recipe components, beef, raw onions and wheat bread grinding, mixing with salt and black hot pepper to produce mince and mince moulding to produce balls. Additionally, one performs fresh ornamental cabbages chopping and freezing, greens cutting, wheat flour sautéing and mixing with melted butter, cheese grating and mixing with finely ground breadcrumbs. Then one performs sequential packing of cabbage, meat balls, greens, wheat flour with melted butter, cheese with breadcrumbs and milk, sealing and sterilisation.EFFECT: method allows to get a new tinned food using nonconventional vegetable raw materials without changing organoleptic properties of desired product.1 cl |
