The present invention is a terminal that communicates with a base station using an FDD cell and a TDD cell, and is provided with a receiving unit that receives by a PDCCH sent using a DCI format. If a primary cell is set as the TDD cell in the terminal, a DAI is included in the DCI format and received, such DAI indicating the cumulative number of PDCCH or EPDCCH which indicate a PDSCH transmission in the sub-frames up to the present within prescribed sub-frames, or indicate a downlink quasi-stationary scheduling release. On the basis of the DAI value, determined is the transmission power of a PUCCH that transmits and includes an HARQ-ACK corresponding to the PDCCH or EPDCCH indicating a PDSCH transmission or downlink quasi-stationary scheduling release. |
