According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system to measure and correct a tilt angle of a lens, and a method thereof selects whether to correct the tilt of the lens in accordance with whether the measured resolution of the lens is a preset value or more by measuring the resolution of the lens for a test charge, thereby improving productivity of a camera module. The system to measure and correct the tilt angle of the lens comprises: a resolution measuring part measuring the resolution of the lens for the test charge dependent on a distance between the lens and an image sensor; a tilt angle measuring part measuring the tilt angle between a virtual plane perpendicular to a light axis of the lens and the image sensor from the measured resolution; a tilt amount calculating part calculating an amount of tilt from the measure tilt angle; and a tilt correcting part correcting the amount of tilt of the lens dependent on the amount of calculated tilt. The purpose of an embodiment of the present invention provides the method to measure and correct the lens improving accuracy of measuring resolution of the lens, and accuracy of the measurement of the tilt angle of the lens.
