Provided is an automatic cleaning apparatus for a pH meter, which comprises a pH meter and a cleaning apparatus installed at the bottom part of the pH meter. More particularly, the automatic cleaning apparatus of the present invention comprises: the pH meter (2) which is installed at the bottom end of a piston (11) of a cylinder device (1); and the cleaning apparatus (4) which is installed at the bottom part of a cylinder (12). Further, a pH meter calibration device is installed between the cylinder (12) and the cleaning apparatus (4) so as to take out and clean the pH meter from wastewater using the cylinder device (1) while automatically performing calibration of the pH meter.
