PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of downsizing an accumulator in a vehicle in which a hydraulic pressure is supplied from the accumulator to starting frictional engagement elements of an automatic transmission when an idling stop control is cancelled.SOLUTION: A vehicle drive device 10 comprises: an accumulator 5 accumulating a hydraulic pressure of oil supplied to an AT clutch 2d and an AT brake 2f; a solenoid valve 6 provided in a flow passage between the AT clutch 2d, the AT brake 2f and the accumulator 5; a second determination unit (control unit 9) determining rising start timing that is timing at which rotation of an engine 1 starts rising after starting the engine 1; and a hydraulic pressure supply start unit (control unit 9) releasing the solenoid valve 6 so as to supply the hydraulic pressure from the accumulator 5 to the AT clutch 2d and the AT brake 2f when the second determination unit determines the rising start timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
