A floating marine structure is provided. The floating marine structure, according to the present invention, comprises: a main body which floats on the sea; and an offloading station unit which is provided in the side surface of the main body and allows a shuttle tanker to be berthed thereto, wherein the offloading station unit comprises: an arc-shaped mooring station which is installed along the side surface of the main body; an offloading platform which is installed in the mooring station and allows the shuttle tanker to be berthed thereto; and a suction module which is installed in the offloading platform and is detachably attached to the hull of the shuttle tanker. Therefore, the present invention enables the stable mooring and offloading of the shuttle tanker.
