PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of leukemia by regulating intracellular transport of receptors.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition useful for the treatment of leukemia, particularly acute myelogenous leukemia, especially acute myelogenous leukemia having an active form mutant receptor tyrosine kinase, the pharmaceutical composition using a clathrin dependent endocytosis inhibitor selected from the group consisting of chlorpromazine, chloroquine, Pitstop 1(R), and Pitstop 2(R) as an active ingredient, and acting on a tumor through the mechanism different from that of existing anti-tumor drug.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
