A connector includes a fixed contact, a movable contact that contacts with the fixed contact, a slide, a contact slide operated in association with a movement of the slide, a button that is pushed in accordance with the movement of the slide, the button including a lower portion, an upper portion, and a slant portion connecting the lower portion to an upper stage, and a card that moves the movable contact toward and away from the fixed contact in accordance with the movement of the button, wherein the contact slide contacts with the lower portion when the switch is in a turn-off state, contacts with the slant portion so as to push the button and cause the card to move the movable contact toward the fixed contact when the slide slides in one direction, and contacts with the upper portion when the switch is in a turn-on state. |

1. A connector comprising:
a connection terminal to be connected to another connection terminal of another connector; a fixed contact; a movable contact being capable of contacting the fixed contact; a slide portion; a contact slide operated in association with a slide movement of the slide portion; a button that is pushed in accordance with the slide movement of the slide portion, the button including a lower portion, an upper portion having a profile relatively higher than the lower portion, and a slant portion connecting the lower portion to an upper stage provided on its upper surface; and a card that moves the movable contact toward and away from the fixed contact in accordance with the movement of the button; wherein a tip end of the contact slide contacts with the lower portion when the switch is in a turn-off state in which the movable contact is separated from the fixed contact, contacts with the slant portion so as to push the button and cause the card to move the movable contact toward the fixed contact when the slide portion is slide in one direction, and contacts with the upper portion when the switch is in a turn-on state in which the movable contact contacts with the fixed contact. |
