The objective of the present invention is to separate adherent tissue along the curve of a pacemaker lead. This sheath for pacemaker lead adhesiotomy is configured with a small-diameter metal wire (1) wound clockwise in a spiral and formed in a tube shape having flexibility due to the spiral, the metal wire (1) being coated with a synthetic resin, etc., so as to be capable of preventing metal allergy, etc. This sheath for pacemaker lead adhesiotomy is structured such that a gap (S) is formed between a first wind and a second wind of the metal wire (1) forming the spiral, one end of the metal wire (1) which is the tip of the first wind is a sharp blade-shaped projection (11), and a handle part (12) is provided on the other end of the metal wire (1).
