FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed process comprises production of slab to be rolled to sheet and continuous decarburising annealing. The latter includes heating of steel sheet at the rate of 50°C/s to 700°C-750°C or higher. Note here that at least at 500°C-700°C heating is performed in atmosphere with oxidative potential P(HO)/P(H)=0.05 or lower. Cooling is performed to below 700°C in atmosphere with oxidative potential P(HO)/P(H)=0.05 or lower. Reheating of steel sheet from 800°C to 900°C and holding thereat are carried out in atmosphere with oxidative potential P(HO)/P(H)=0.3 or higher.EFFECT: lower losses of steel.5 cl, 6 dwg, 3 tbl
