<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generator and an information storage medium that can effectively let a player recognize a judgment reference of a flying object to pass a judgment zone. <P>SOLUTION: A flying object 26 that flies over a given field 24 in an object space is judged whether or not it has passed a given judgment zone 20. If the flying object 26 is judged as it has passed the judgment zone 20, a marker 30 that informs a player of a judgment reference point of the reference for this judgment is indicated. The marker 30 is indicated at the point where the trajectory 28 of the two-dimensional coordinate position 27 of the flying object 26 intersects with a judgment area 22. Alternatively, the marker 30 is indicated at the point where the trajectory of the perspective projection point of the flying object 26 intersects with the perspective projection area 34 of the judgment area 22.
