PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding core capable of preventing scratches, joints, and steps from being transferred to a belt-shaped product, and capable of using a member repeatedly, thereby achieving saving of a material and cost reduction.SOLUTION: A winding core 1 is formed of an inner core 2 and an outer core 8, in which the inner core 2 is formed of a large cylindrical part 3 and a small cylindrical part 4, and a rib 5 is radially connected between the large cylindrical part 3 and the small cylindrical part 4. The outer core 8 is formed into a sleeve-state capable of being fitted externally to the inner core 2. Between the inner core 2 and the outer core 8, an irregularity fitting structure formed of a recessed streak 9b and a salient streak 9a are provided.
