Molded Ophthalmic Lens

摘要

Molded ophthalmic condensing lens with improved optical qualities can be manufactured at high volumes at low costs to provide single-use lenses. These ophthalmic lenses have a shape differing from known lenses of a similar type to reduce production costs and improve the optical quality of the lens.

an optical portion comprising a proximal surface and an opposing surface; and a ring portion extending circumferentially around the optical portion wherein said optical portion is formed of an optically transparent material.
